Using precision in-house pick-and-place robotics and advanced reflow systems, we assemble functional prototypes in days. Once assembled, our engineers perform rigorous board bring-up, oscillographic signal verification, and environmental stress screening (ESS).

Rapid turnaround surface-mount assembly of prototype boards including fine-pitch BGAs, QFNs, and ultra-small 0201 passive packages.

Bare-Metal Board Bring-Up

Step-by-step electrical verification, power rail sequencing validation, and flashing low-level diagnostic bootloaders and test firmware.

03 // Deliverable

Environmental Stress Screening

Subjecting prototypes to thermal cycling (-40°C to +85°C), kinetic vibration tables, and ingress-protection immersion testing to validate field endurance.
